A birthday card.

My daughter, Caramen, birthday was on May 12th and I was thinking of sending her a Birthday card.

I had already purchased a big birthday card and let everyone of her friends in Thailand write a message on the card.

The Aikido teacher and team; The horse riding school owners and students; The Music teacher and his students; Students from the school; Dave the mentor; etc.

Problem was, WHERE would I send the birthday card to?

If I would send the card to my brothers address, I was 100% sure that it would get lost and never reach my daughter.

There had to be a way to send a simple birthdy card to my daughter.

But how?

On 30th April, I wrote an email to my lawyer if he knew a possible solution for this problem.

Is there any other option to let my daughter receive that birthday card, with the assurance that she has received that card receive personally? I have a pressing problem and would like to know what solution you propose.
My daughter's birthday is May 12th. and I'd be happy to send her a birthday card.
Unfortunately I haven't had communication with my daughter for 6 months because of my brothers involvement in this case and sending that card to my brother's address is the same as throwing that card in the trash.
I don't have the address of the school she is attending, but after reading the complaint to the school's police (Maartje Busschots), I don't have too much faith in that school either.
At Christmas I sent a Christmas present to my daughter, but addressed to the OCJ
The OCJ would then personally delivered this package (they say).
But the OCJ has been put out of action and that case is now in the hands of the juvenile court.
Is there another option to have that birthday card arrive to my daughter, with the certainty that she will receive it personally?

That is practically a very difficult issue I think.
When I send her an invitation, it must also be sent to your brother's address.
He knows that I am your lawyer so my letter / request disappears into the trash.
We would possibly being able to engage a bailiff, but this is no guarantee of success either.
If your brother refuses, the bailiff cannot force him to hand over the birthday card to your daughter.
This does not seem like an option to me.
I think the best chance of success is that the card is issued through the school.
I would like to hand it over to the management personally if necessary.
What do you think?
Can that card still get here in time?

Sending a Birthday card to my daughter would be "a very difficult issue", according to my lawyer.

The problem of sending a simple Birthday card to my own daughter did grow from "pen, paper and stamp" to "forget it".

Was sending a Birthday Card really so difficult?

This is insane.
Neither myself nor anyone else can write a letter to my own daughter or make contact via the Internet and that is not kidnapping?
That is comparable to what Dutroux did with those children.
I spoke to the juvenile judge about this, but that lady who does this job is on holiday until May 19.
You don't think that my brother would throw an invitation letter from a lawyer in the trash?
That would certainly not benefit his cause.
However, nothing is impossible.
How the hell is it possible that a stranger put my daughter into complete isolation and all this in a way that is accepted by the court?
I no longer understand the Belgian laws.
My brother is still a stranger who kidnapped my daughter.
He has no legal power or guardianship.
If you are sure that the card will DEFINITELY reach my daughter, it is not a bad idea.
You can also ask for that card to be given to my daughter in person.
Of course I am willing to cover all costs.
I will send that card to your address by EMS tomorrow morning.
In principle, that card should arrive within 8 working days.
With all those holidays in the month of May, the card would perhaps arrive a little too late.
But better late than never.

I received also an email from the sect "OCJ".

They did call my brother, and my brother said that post addressed to Samui is opened by Samui herself.

Not quite the impression I had after the fiasco with the Christmas present.

I was tracing the card, number EE170250060TH, and according to the tracing information the card would have been arrived on May 11th.

One day before the birthday of my daughter.

But in 13 may, I stall didn't receive any update from my lawyer.

I decided to send him an email to see if he did maybe oversee the reception of the card.

On May 13th, my lawyer confirmed to having received the letter.

The card arrived on a Saturday and most business are closed for the weekends in Belgium.

Also most schools.

Important for me was only to delived that card to my daughter.

My lawyer went to the school of my daughter to handle the birthday card, but as incredible as it might seem to everybody, MY LAWYER WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESSS MY DAUGHTER!!!!!

The school forwarded my lawyer to the sect, "OCJ".

I send an email to my lawyer, asking him if he could clarify what was going on here.

After the email that the school refused his visit, I was wondering if I might have been upgraded from "Suspected parenting situation" to "World enemy No. 1".

After all, we are talking about BELGIUM, where everything is possible.

4 Days later I received an email from my layer about the reason why the card was still not delivered to my daughter and the promise that the card will be delivered now.

The reason was that everybody at the Sect, Foster Care, was on HOLIDAY.

Really....

Everybody was together on holiday.

Well, that is a law in Belgium that EVERYBODY needs to go on holiday at the same time.

On 24 June, I received an email from my lawyer with a forwarded message.

The birthday card was FINALLY handed over to my daughter on Tuesday, 18th June.

Delivering a birthday card from my lawyer/Foster care to my daughter, barely 15 kms away took from 31 May to 18 June.

From Thailand to Belgium by Airmail, it took te card 10 days.

From Genk/Hasselt to Diepenbeek by Snail Mail, it took the card nearly 36 days.

A snail would be faster.

Life in Belgium is soo beautiful.

A country where delivering a birthday card is a "REAL PAIN IN THE ASS"

I received an email from my lawyer, forwarding the message from Foster Care that the card was delivered to my daughter.

Barelly 1 month later, in a Messenger chat with Tamara (my eldest daughter), I was explained what the RIGHT steps to follow are for anybody wanting to meet Samui.

Tamara had meet Samui in the Shopping Centre in Genk after asking Trivino Luis for a meeting.

So, I forwarded to my lawyer what the RIGHT procedure is to meet my daughter Caramen.

I had a conversation with Trivino Y Garcia Tamara last week, and found out the following:

1. Trivino Y Garcia Caramen doesn't know anything about what is happening now (demands maintenance, confrontation, etc.)
That's all taken care by Trivino Luis without her knowledge.

Or is it?

2. The failure to deliver the birthday card to Trivino Y Garcia Caramen appears to be due to the fact that you did not follow the correct procedure.
Trivino Y Garcia Tamara indicates the correct procedure for an encounter (= confrontation) with Trivino Y Garcia Caramen:
a) Write a message to Trivino Luis, Trivino Y Garcia Caramen's PR Manager, clearly stating:
- Person (s) who will be present at the meeting.
- Desired date, time and place of meeting.
- Discussion topic of the meeting.
b) Wait for confirmation from Trivino Luis.
c) If the meeting is positively confirmed, please limit the conversation to the agreed topic.

3. During the meeting with Trivino Luis/Trivino Y Garcia Caramen with Trivino Y Garcia Tamara, Trivino Luis said that he would be surprised if I showed up at the court.
Why?
Because then I could meet Trivino Y Garcia Caramen and he couldn't do anything to prevent the truth from coming out?

4. During the conversation between Trivino Y Garcia Tamara with Trivino Y Garcia Caramen, Trivino Y Garcia Caramen would have started crying when a question about Thailand was asked.
She showed the same attitude when the birthday card was handed over to her and she suddenly saw how many friends she had in Thailand.
This response shows that Trivino Y Garcia Caramen is not quite right in her shoes.

5. Trivino Y Garcia Caramen seems to rejoice that she can hang out freely in the Shopping.
Play the street hooker like she had done in Thailand, but this time without consequences.
Apparently she would rather have that freedom than the worries and concerns of a real father.
I hope she can enjoy that freedom for a long time and soon will be at my door with a package or a Venereal disease.
Will I have to pay even more maintenance money if that happens?

6. Apparently the lady enjoys the trips with the mobile home to Spain (Calpe) and to France (Burgundy).
Fortunately, she will soon be scant on my maintenance money pension deducted will be able to enjoy and I will enjoy also sponsor pleasure trips from Trivino Luis.
